Veronica (Vera)COWGILLPeacefully at home on Saturday 2nd April 2022 surrounded by her loving family, Vera aged 98 years of Nelson (formerly Bootle). Dearly loved wife of the late Alan and previously Herbert, much loved and loving mum to Robert, Margaret, David and Stephen also mother-in-law to Jean, Dot, Sue and the late Paul, special grandma to Stephen, Andrew, Matthew, Mark, Andrew and the late Faye also great-grandma to Theo, Florence, Hannah and Albi. Loving sister to Betty, loving stepmum and gran to Alan's family. Vera, a very special lady, will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. A funeral service will be held on Monday 25th April 2022, Requiem Mass at 10.00am, Holy Saviours RC, Nelson followed by committal at Burnley Crematorium at 11.30am. Fr Gerard Kelly will officiate.
